1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.ghlxpress.com or using any GHL Xpress shipping services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Shipping Contract
All shipments are subject to our Standard Conditions of Carriage (available upon request). A separate contract is formed when you book a shipment and we issue a tracking number.
3. Prohibited Items
You may not ship:
Hazardous materials (explosives, gases, flammable liquids)
Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
Weapons (firearms, ammunition)
Live animals (without written approval)
Cash, coins, or negotiable instruments
If you ship prohibited items, you are liable for all damages, fines, and legal consequences.
4. Liability & Insurance
Basic coverage: $100 per parcel (free).
Additional insurance available up to $5,000 (declared value required).
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
Maximum liability for any shipment is the lesser of declared value or $5,000.
5. Payment Terms
Prepayment required for individuals and guest checkouts.
Business accounts: Net 15 days after invoice. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
All fees are non-refundable once the package is picked up.
6. Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Failure to file on time waives your right to claim.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, strikes, customs holds, natural disasters, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
