What is the weight limit for LTL vs. FTL?
LTL typically up to 10,000 lbs per shipment. FTL covers anything over that, up to 45,000 lbs for a standard 53-ft trailer.
Can I ship hazardous materials by ground?
Yes. We accept class 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 hazardous materials (except explosives) with proper documentation. Additional hazmat fee applies.
How do I protect fragile freight?
Choose LTL with shrink-wrap and pallet strapping (we offer at cost). For high-fragile items, consider FTL to avoid multiple handling.
Do you offer liftgate for residential delivery?
Yes. Select “Liftgate required” when booking. No need to have a loading dock.
