Sea Freight – Maximum Volume, Minimum Cost

Sea freight is the backbone of global trade. At GHL Xpress, we offer both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) services to major ports worldwide. We handle everything: export docs, customs bonds, and final mile delivery.

Sea Freight Options

1. FCL (Full Container Load)

  • You fill a 20ft or 40ft container exclusively.

  • Cheaper per unit, faster transit (no consolidation delays).

  • Best for: 12+ pallets or retail bulk.

2. LCL (Less than Container Load)

  • Share container space with other shippers.

  • Pay only for the volume you use (minimum 1 CBM).

  • Best for: 1–10 pallets, sample orders, small businesses.

3. RO-RO (Roll-on/Roll-off)

  • For vehicles, boats, heavy equipment that can drive on/off.

  • Lower cost than containerizing a car or tractor.

4. Breakbulk / Project Cargo

  • Oversized items (turbines, yachts, industrial reels).

  • Custom lashing and crating.

No, duties/taxes are paid to customs directly. We can provide estimates and offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for an additional fee.
